Research Areas
My research primarily revolves how to evaluate effects and exposures within the working environment and how this knowledge can be used to improve the work environment for employees and managers. My main research interest is how to improve the conditions at workplaces including how to evaluate effects of organisational-level interventions at the workplace.

At ISM, I work mainly with research and development work related to the organizational and social work environment.

Ongoing Projects

At the moment, I am conducting research in two different projects aiming to evaluate the effects on sickness absence, turnover of personnel and conditions at the workplace of organisational-level interventions within the public sector.
